About me

In my psychotherapy practice, I support older teens (16+), young adults, and adults navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, identity questions, relationship issues, and personal growth. I draw from a wide range of modalities including body-centered therapy, mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks, creative art therapies and ecotherapy.

I have particular experience in working with grief; including the layered experiences of caregiving and bereavement. Having personally walked through these life passages, I hold this space with empathy, honesty, and care.

As a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, I offer classes and workshops that create a safe, creative and soulful space for exploration and expression. These classes are not about performance; they’re about showing up as you are, moving what’s real, and discovering what emerges.

As a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), I lead slow, intentional walks in nature that invite you to tune into your senses, connect with the living world, and rediscover your place within it.

Whether in the therapy room, on the dance floor, or among the trees, I hold space for people to slow down, listen inward, and move with what’s real. I support individuals in finding their voice, reclaiming their rhythm, expressing their truth, and exploring the full range of who they are. This is soulful work—alive, dynamic, and deeply human.
