Therapy
Psychotherapy for Adults, Young Adults & Teens (16+)
Navigating anxiety, grief, loss, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, identity questions, parenting, burn-out, relationship issues, and personal growth.
Supporting you to feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.
My practice is rooted in deep listening, respect for your lived experience, and a belief in your capacity to heal.
I bring an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from somatic and body-centered therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), anti-oppressive practice, creative arts therapies, and ecotherapy. I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and support you in moving toward the goals and changes that matter most to you. I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on mental health evidence-based treatments.
At the heart of my work is the desire to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself.
A space where you can get in touch with your emotions, explore your inner world with curiosity and kindness, and feel supported as you move through what you’re experiencing.
Together, we can work to deepen your self-understanding, honor your strengths, and bring compassion to your struggles.

Additional Healing
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer pathways for healing through the body and the natural world.
I am a certified 5Rhythms® teacher and a trained Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. These practices invite reconnection with movement, breath, and nature as powerful resources for regulation, resilience, and inner clarity.
